Family Talk: What's Happening to Me?

Open Enrollment Workshop

 

For families with children ages 9-11 years old

This workshop gives adults and children the opportunity to interact in a fun, safe, and friendly environment to promote healthy communication and connectedness. Using drawings, multimedia and activities, the various physical changes that happen during puberty are explained.

                    6:30pm - 8pm

 

Location:  Health Connected Campus (located at the E.P.A. Education Center)

Cost:        $45 Per Family

 

Suggested fee:
This workshop costs $45 per family to deliver. We depend on workshop fees and donations to support these programs. However, as a non-profit organization, we do not want money to be the reason that you or your family are unable to participate. Please pay what you can. A payment is required to register for a workshop. No refunds are permitted. Payment must be made by debit/credit card.

 

Cancellation policy:

Substitutions or credits for future workshops are allowed if cancellation notice is received prior to your workshop date. Health Connected reserves the right to cancel workshops due to insufficient enrollment. Should we need to cancel a class, we will reschedule the workshop for another date. If we cancel a workshop, you may either choose to attend on an alternative date or request that we send you a full refund.
