Open Enrollment Workshops
For more information about our Open Enrollment Workshops, email parents(at)health-connected.org.
We offer privately organized Parent Talk and Family Talk workshops tailored to meet the needs of your school or group. If you are interested in bringing our workshops to your school, visit Bring Us to Your School.
Over the years, we've worked with thousands of parents and have heard questions like, “How do I start talking to my kids about sex?,” "How can I talk to my kids about internet safety?," "Are there age-appropriate ways to discuss consent?," and "When I try to talk with my child, they don't want to engage, what do I do!?"
We've taken these comments to heart and have developed open enrollment workshops for families designed to inspire open, honest, and ongoing dialogue around sex, relationships, and adolescence.
Workshops for parents, children, and families of all structures to build connectedness and trust as they explore health-related topics together.
All open enrollment workshops listed below take place at the Health Connected Campus in East Palo Alto.
This workshop costs $45 per family to deliver. We depend on workshop fees and donations to support these programs. However, as a non-profit organization, we do not want money to be the reason that you or your family are unable to participate. Please pay what you can. A payment is required to register for a workshop. No refunds are permitted. Payment must be made by debit/credit card.
Substitutions or credits for future workshops are allowed if cancellation notice is received prior to your workshop date. Health Connected reserves the right to cancel workshops due to insufficient enrollment. Should we need to cancel a workshop, we will reschedule the workshop for another date. If we cancel a workshop, you may either choose to attend on an alternative date or request that we send you a full refund.
